A chance to go all the way to New York city, a once in a lifetime chance to follow her dreams. “Zac!” she called, running to the kitchen where he was preparing lunch. “Hey babe.” he said, his mouth half full with a bite of his sandwhich. “I got it! I’m going to be in Wicked!” Taylor sqeaked happily. “Cool.” Zac stated clearly making it known that he was not excited. “Baby…” Taylor sighed. “Don’t be mad. Please?” she begged. “I just don’t want to be away from you.” Zac said, sweetly staring into her eyes, wanting her to give in and turn the job down. “About that…” Taylor broke the silence hesitantly. “It’s in New York city.” she added. “It’s a six month project.” she whispered. Dodging Zac’s gaze. She waited. And waited for his response. Suddenly he stood up. “Turn it down.” he said coldly, taking a step towards her. “I can’t.” Taylor pleaded. “This is a huge chance for me, I already said yes and-” without thinking Zac struck her with an iron fist, sending her flying towards the floor.
