N23SA (cn 4903) Shot in 1990, this is one of only two TT-3’s manufactured! Originally built as a Douglas C-53 in 1942 for the USAF as 41-20133. This unique aircraft was later fitted with two 1740 hp Rolls-Royce Dart Mk.510’s. After that (as seen here) she was fitted with three Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6’s with five bladed Hartzell propellers. This aircraft was used for operations at the North Pole where it routinely operated from an ice strip at Station Nord, one of the northern most airfields on the planet where temperatures were routinely 40 degrees below zero. It was also leased at one point to the US Navy serving in Fort Barrow, Alaska and was fitted with skis. It even served in Antartica, 700 miles from the South Pole. Happy Halloween you guys ! Hope you got lots of candy like I did ! ——— “Turn it off! Turn it off!” Lauren yelled. She buried her face into her boyfriend’s shoulder. All of the guys laughed as she and her two best friends, Sage and Brooke, screamed in fear. “Relax babe,” Josh told Lauren. He cut the movie off and chuckled. “You guys are punks,” Brooke’s boyfriend, Tyler said. Brooke folded her arms and pouted. “No we’re not. That was scary.” Sage, who was hiding under the blanket, peeked out at the others. “Is it safe to come out yet?” she asked timidly. “Yes,” her boyfriend Darren replied. Once everything was back to normal and the girls were calm, Darren stood up. “Let’s play with the Ouija board,” he said. Lauren was the first to shake her head. “No way. That shit is scary enough without it being Halloween,” she argued. “Oh c’mon. You’re not scared are you?” Josh teased. “Yes!” all three girls exclaimed at the same time. “It’s only a game. Go get it Darren,” Tyler said. Darren bounded up the stairs to look for the game. There was a silent fear that was evident in the room. Brooke shifted nervously on the couch, Lauren picked at her cuticles, and Sage went back to hiding under the blanket. Finally Darren returned, game in hand.
